phoenixcode.ai is operated by PhoenixCode, based in Colombia. By using this website or contacting us through the channels below, you accept these terms.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the use of the website and of our communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email and forms). The use of PhoenixCode Lens, the PhoenixCode Platform, Leap and any migration or support service is governed by the licence, proposal or contract accepted for each case. If those documents and this page differ, those documents prevail.
2. Website content
Prices, figures and descriptions on the website are informative and may change. A quote or commitment binds us only when stated in a written proposal or contract. The PhoenixCode name, logo, mascot and website content belong to PhoenixCode; you may not reproduce them without permission, except to refer to our products accurately.
3. Phone calls and the virtual assistant
- Calls to our number may be answered by an artificial-intelligence assistant. It will tell you so at the start of the call. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.
- Calls are transcribed, and may be recorded when we tell you so at the start, to log your request and give it continuity. If you do not agree, you can hang up and write to us instead.
- The assistant gives general information about our products. Prices, delivery dates and contractual commitments are only confirmed by our team in writing.
- We only place calls with the assistant to people who have agreed to receive them, and we stop when asked.
4. WhatsApp and SMS messages
- Programme: PhoenixCode customer communications, sent by PhoenixCode from the PhoenixCode number.
- What you receive: replies to your requests, follow-up on your enquiries, proposals and meeting reminders. Message frequency varies with your conversation.
- Consent: we message you because you wrote to us, gave us your number in a form or on a call, or agreed to it in writing.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or write to admin@phoenixcode.ai.
- Costs: message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website, forms or channels to send unlawful content, malware or spam, to impersonate others, or to try to access systems you are not authorised to use. We may block numbers or addresses that do.
6. Liability
The website and the information given through our channels are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PhoenixCode is not liable for decisions made only on that general information without a written proposal or contract.
7. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (Spanish version, which prevails).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Colombia, unless a contract says otherwise.
